Square lock Stainless Steel Conduit can be used for wiring raceways where corrosion and heat are problems, such as thermocouples and heating elements. Also, it is used in the automotive industry for protective covering over power steering assemblies, wires, hydraulic lines, brake lines, etc. Brass versions are commonly used in plumbing applications. The temperature rating of 650ºC and IP.40 rating make this tube suitable for use in the food and medical industries and protect against salt-water degradation. Constructed from the Type 304 Stainless Steel strip, the square lock variety is helically coiled.
