Round Resistance Heating Wire
A Nichrome alloy containing long life additions that make it eminently suitable for applications subject to frequent electrical switching and wide temperature fluctuations. It may be used at operating temperatures up to 1200 °C and has good resistance to oxidation and chemical corrosion. A low-temperature coefficient of resistance coupled with a high resistivity makes it suitable for control resistors.

Silicon Carbide Pyrometer Tube
Silicon Carbide Pyrometer Tubes are designed for monitoring, melting, and holding temperatures of aluminum and other non-ferrous alloys up to 2300ºF (1260ºC). They consist of silicon carbide/graphite isostatically formed around the threaded pipe. These are supplied ready to use with threaded 1/2″ NPT steel pipes for rapid attachment to furnace pyrometry system.

Silicon Sheathed Cable – FG220 (95 TO 165°C)
FG220 is a parallel circuit, medium-powered constant output tracer that can be cut to any length. FG220 incorporates a high-temperature silicone rubber outer insulation that provides an extremely flexible and versatile heating cable that is suitable for a variety of applications. It is designed for high-temperature process maintenance applications in non-chemically aggressive environments. It has twin conductors with extruded high-quality, high-temperature silicone rubber primary insulation. The heating element is zone connected to the conductors and overheated with a further layer of high-temperature silicone rubber secondary insulation. A stainless steel over braid is available as an option.

Silicone heating cable KDL (200ºC)
Isopod IT-KDL heating cables are specifically designed for internal and external heating of refrigeration drain-lines and freezer doors. KDLs are constructed from silicone rubber, making them water-resistant, and are supplied factory terminated in standard lengths. IT-KDL-SRs are specially produced in a small round form, making them very flexible and ideal for small bore drain-lines. Flexible SL and SR versions are constructed with steel braiding.

Silicone Heating Tape – GW (200°C)

The construction means it is suitable for use in wet environments. The outer jacket is smooth and maybe washed down for cleaning, which also makes it suitable for use in dirty areas. Silicone Heating Tape – SiS10 (200°C)
Isopod IT-SiS10 is a pre-terminated, flexible, and waterproof silicone insulated heating tape of the highest quality. It is manufactured according to the latest safety-technology regulations. Four silicone insulated heating conductors are embedded in a protective overboard made of cupro-nickel. The temperature depends on the power and application. Please make sure that the heating tape does not exceed the maximum withstand temperature. The outer jacket is smooth and maybe washed down for cleaning.
