FEP Protection Tube
FEP Tubing (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) is the preferred material in the production of small diameter tubing of continuous lengths. While some temperature resistance is sacrificed with FEP (to 204ºC/400º F), its chemical and dielectric properties are similar to those of PTFE. FEP tubing is a clear tubing that is an economical choice for applications requiring chemical resistance and broad temperature exposure. FEP Tubing offers excellent clarity which makes it ideal for sight glass/flow monitoring applications. FEP Tubing has a slightly higher coefficient of friction, lower continuous service temperature, and is more transparent then PTFE. FEP Tubing also has better gas and vapor permeability properties and excellent UV transmission ratings.

Fiber Glass Insulated Heating Tape – ITH (450°C)
Isopod IT-ITH is a factory-terminated heating tape with go-and-return series resistance heating elements. They are suitable for high-temperature applications in indoor locations or areas where there is no risk of moisture ingress.
It is electrically insulated with a silicone varnished glass braid and the heating element is enclosed in a glass woven carrier and terminated with cold tails and an M20 gland.

Finned & Unfinned Air Heater
Finned & Unfinned Elements are the most versatile, dependable, and rugged of any heat generation device. These qualities make it an ideal heat source for many applications. Using precision wound 80-20 nickel-chrome wire to deliver an even heat distribution to the element sheath. High purity, grade A magnesium oxide is used as the internal insulation to ensure the best thermal transfer and insulation resistance. A variety of electrical terminations, mounting fittings, and brackets, along with the wide array of bending options, allow for easy integration into any heating system.

Finned Duct Element
Finned Tubular Heaters are normally used in forced circulation heating of low-temperature air, other atmospheres, and gases. Finned heating elements have a protective sheath with flat elongated fins to increase heat capacity when used in confined spaces. Stainless Steel is normally used for atmospheres that are humid or corrosive and monel for salt-laden humid atmospheres.

Flat Resistance Heating Wire
Flat resistance heating wire (or ribbon) can be manufactured from the whole range of alloy wires. The tape has the advantage of offering a greater surface area in a preferred direction which can be beneficial where non-universal heating is required.
Application
Mica Band Heater, Mica Strip Heater, Toaster Element, etc.

Float Level – Accessories
MAGNETIC FLOAT Ball is used to actuate the reed switch contact point to create an open or close circuit by an internal magnet. Rugged construction and multiple options for materials from engineering plastics as NBR & PP, and stainless steels as SUS316, floats can be applied to versatile applications in chemical corrosion of acidity and alkalinity liquid, solvents, or oil fuels.
REED SWITCH switch is an electrical switch operated by an applied magnetic field. It consists of a pair of contacts on ferrous metal reeds in a hermetically sealed glass envelope. The contacts may be normally open, closing when a magnetic field is present, or normally closed and opening when a magnetic field is applied. The switch may be actuated by a magnet near the switch. Once the magnet is pulled away from the switch, the reed switch will go back to its original position.
TERMINAL ENCLOSURE provides the means for making the connection between the sensing point by protecting the connection against corrosion, abrasion, and breakage caused by handling. Terminal enclosures are easy to install and are convenient for checking purposes. An outlet for conduct connection is provided with a selection of threaded outlet sizes for the protection tube.

FROSTGUARD (65 TO 85°C)
Isopod FROSTGUARD is a self-regulating cut-to-length heating cable for frost protection cable for pipes and low process temperature applications in non-hazardous areas. The small geometry, yet robust, cable adjusts its power output dependent upon ambient temperature. Therefore more heat is generated automatically when needed and less heat in warmer ambient conditions, saving energy. Frost guard can be supplied as a basic heating cable or braided and overheated for increased mechanical, additional chemical protection, and safety.
